Over the years, she has shown exceptional adaptability, evolving into her current role as New Business Manager. Alicia has a wealth of experience and is focused on driving growth in the new business department, helping to foster new opportunities and client relationships. With her in-depth understanding of the firm’s operations and her passion for innovation, she continues to explore fresh ways to enhance Simpson & Marwick's services.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated wife and mother who loves country music, acting, singing, and adventures in her VW campervan, Yogi.
