Alicia has been a cornerstone of Simpson & Marwick since 1994, starting as a Litigation Personal Assistant and evolving into her current role as IT & Systems Manager.

Based in East Lothian, Alicia ensures the team is equipped with the latest technology, systems, and training, always exploring new ways to innovate. A lifelong East Lothian resident, Alicia combines deep local knowledge with her passion for people and community.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated wife and mother who loves country music, acting, singing, and adventuring in her campervan, Yogi.
