When you sell with us, all clients benefit from access to our secure client portal, available via our proprietary App. Our App allows you to track the process of your sale from the marketing stage right through to a sale being agreed.

It provides statistics such as a breakdown of all enquiry sources and the number of property alerts sent out to those registered on our database. In addition, it allows you to see all of your viewings, notes of interest and offers. But don’t worry, we will still be in touch regularly, this is an easy way for you to access all of the key information in one place. Our clients love it!

Logging In

All clients are provided with a unique link and PIN code at the outset of the sale process and can download our App to their preferred device via the relevant App Store.

Within the App, your property dashboard will populate with key statistics such as the number of matching emails sent out to notify potential buyers your property is live on the market, the number of viewing requests received and all notes of interest and offers your property has received during the marketing of your property with Simpson & Marwick.

The statistics page gives you a detailed overview of your property’s performance online. You can see the number of website enquiries from all portals and it also provides you with an overview of the feedback received from viewers.

Viewings, notes of interest & offers

Details of all viewings and notes of interest/offers are shown, allowing you to keep up to date with the progress of your sale. Don’t worry, we’ll still call you to let you know about developments as they happen, the App just allows you to see everything in one place.
